With the development of UMTS, importing function of self-organized network into it has become a research hotspot. Self-organize function enabled cell network has both features of cell network and features of self-organized network. It is flexible and extensible. In Self-organize function enabled cell network ,besides conventional 3G functions, users can compose a local area network dynamically or connect to base station through single hop or multiple hops. Self-organized network can be called ad hoc network, so Self-organize function enabled cell network can also be called ad hoc enabled cell network.Ad hoc enabled TD-SCDMA can bring in great improvement in TD-SCDMA system performance, but it also causes new technical problems. These problems include radio resource management, selection of communication modes, routing and so on.
