With the development of UMTS, importing function of self-organized network into it has become a research hotspot. Self-organize function enabled cell network has both features of cell network and features of self-organized network. It is flexible and extensible. In Self-organize function enabled cell network ,besides conventional 3G functions, users can compose a local area network dynamically or connect to base station through single hop or multiple hops.
