Intermediate Business is a new rise point in bank economy, the target of the research of this paper is to develop Intermediate Business Processing Platform, which is a general processing panel of Intermediate Business, and focus on which to construct Integrate Processing System of Intermediate Business.Appoint to the characteristic of Intermediate Business, the paper puts forward the Agent Server Project. The core idea of the project is processing distributed, controlling concentrated, processing and controlling detached , the software system based on the project uses Client-Agent Server-Processing Server three-tier structure. Through the method, we can implement new function by the interconnected systems based on Client/Server model or three-tier Client/Server, not affecting the structure and function of the systems.The Intermediate Business Processing System can be divided into three parts: transaction launcher, Intermediate Business Platform and transaction processing server. The controlling function of the whole system is concentrated on the Intermediate Processing System, at the same time, the processing function in the Pre-Machine is departed from the Intermediate Business Platform, forming the Local Processing Server.To realize the dynamically extensive function on many kinds of business, the Intermediate Business System uses the Business桾ransaction桺rocessing Steps three-Level system of conception definition, which can realize the method of transaction processing by the definition of users.In order to realize the dynamically extensive function on processing business quantity ability, Intermediate Business Platform apply the multi-process model, and divide the whole system into four parts: the Communication Sub-system, the Data Package Format Conversion Sub-system, the Transaction Driving Sub-system and the System Management Sub-system. The Transaction Driving Sub-system is the core part of Intermediate Business Platform, which is used to perform the automatic driving function of transaction; the Communication Sub-system, the Data Package Format Conversion Sub-system and the System Management Sub-system is the shell parts of Intermediate Business Platform, the Communication Sub-system is used to perform the data information communication with the Transaction Launcher, the Data Package Format Conversion Sub-system is used to perform the function of information format exchanging with the Transaction Launcher, and the System Management Sub-system is used to perform the function of management of Intermediate Business Platform.
