This thesis combined with the network structure and network organization situations of the operators, gave the quantitative and qualitative analysis on the business circuit safety of the operators' transmission bearing layer, concluded the business circuit safety situation of the present big operators'transmission bearing network. According to the existing network operation data, this thesis analyzed the existing transport carrier system and IP circuit carried by the cables, based on big operators the transmission network. Meanwhile, business circuit safety of the operator's transmission bearing network was analized comprehensively, and the proposal of next transmission network construction for the problems unable to be solved through network adjustment was given.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the network characteristics and bandwidth providing of optical network, wavelet network and SDH network on the transmission bearing layer. Combining with the actual network operators, the thesis analyzed the operators'network structure, network organization principle, protection strategy and network fault condition, then gave a comprehensive analysis on the security problems to business circuit of transmission bearing network. Secondly, since the operators'business circuit of transmission network involved widely, this thesis took 163 network backbone relay circuit (hereinafter called IP backbone circuit) for example to do the analysis, proposed the transmission network adjustment scheme on IP backbone circuit, and discussed the network organization robustness. Moreover, the Suggestions for transmission bearing networks was proposed, on how to optimize the direction and the construction, so as to achieve the network development better to support business requirements, lower maintenance personnel workload, reduce operation and maintenance costs.
