The Research Of Business Organization Method Based On Workflow

With the rapid development of Internet and enterprise growing business needs, enterprises has a large number of legacy software systems, in a short period of time, they cannot be replaced by new software system. If we can through some technical combination of the legacy software system to meet the new needs of the business enterprise, it will save huge economic expenses for the enterprise. Workflow technology is an important technology to achieve business process modeling, business restructuring and business process execution model has been built by workflow engine.The research of this paper is according to the practical needs to design and implementation a business process management system based on Workflow, the specific functions of software or services as a task node, defining a process template to link the software and the task node, reasonable combination to achieve software resources. This system mainly includes a workflow modeling module, a service oriented organizational workflow engine module and an exception handling module.The main innovation of business organization and management system implemented in this paper are as follows:The first is improved the modeling method based on traditional activity network diagram, add the logic control node and the child process makes the process control and activity definition separated can better describe the definition of business process. The second propose a local engine plus remote agent model to support the workflow instances of cooperative operation, the activity can have two kinds of operation modes: local and remote host running operation. The last in the aspect of exception handling presents an exception handling model of SECA_CBR based on ECA and case based reasoning, not only have the ECA rules method is efficient and case-based reasoning method of dealing with the unpredictable exceptions ability.
