With the continuous development of network technology, the network has become the lifeline of the information society and the essential of the development of global economy. Current global communications network, the mobile phone network has gone from GSM, CDMA and other 2G networks to WCDMA, TD-CDMA and other 3G network, the transmission speed of data greatly improved. In the future,4G network basing LTE-Advanced technology is also continuous improvement. So it can be said that mobile network is developing at an unprecedented speed. Smart phones with the network function in the market are increasingly being used on the application, while the Android platform is currently the fastest growing and most promising Smart phones platform in the market.In this article, there is a brief introduction of the design and implementation of Internet MP3 player based on android. Foremost of all, it introduces the background of subject, project tasks and structure of the article; besides, it introduces the development environment and related technology; last but not least, according to requirements analysis, the project is divided into two modules, the local MP3 player module and the network MP3 player module, it introduces its functions, design and implementation methods.I participated in all developments of the features of the project, in addition to UI design and so on.Increase data speeds for the realization of online MP3 player as possible, without having to download to listen to music. Android platform provides the perfect environment for realization of it. In the near future, there will be a lot of software based on the Android platform, which shows the new situation that Cell Phone Network facilitates the joint development of the Intelligent Platform.
