Services provided by MAN are located in following:mobile information access services, Internet private line services, voice line access services, corporate network services, broadband access service users and other operator itself own business. The network structure is divided into the core layer, service control layer and access layer. The construction of MAN can promotes the development of data integrated services in Hebei province and greatly improve the competitive advantage of China Mobile in full-service discipline, creating new business competitiveness.
