The Research And Implementation Of Chinese Science And Technology Human Resource Data Center

With the rapid development of science and technology, human resources have been played more and more important role in economic, science, technology, and social aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to establish Chinese Science and Technology Human Resource Data Center to store relatively information of human resources, which will provide data for policy analysis and formulation to government and related departments.The main purpose of this paper is analyzing and designing Chinese Science and Technology Human Resource Data Center. Firstly, a basic plan is drafted to follow the analysis of existed data warehouse solution and features of the data which is stored in the data warehouse. According to the basic plan, a star topology solution scenario is chosen as the system's construction. After defining to establish Data mart as the goal of the system's construction, the paper chose the requirement-driven as the main method to design the data mart, by comparing design methods of the data mart and weighing between the importance of data sources and the requirements for the data center.Secondly, according to the design method which is discussed in the first step, the analysis of users'need is the most important part in the data mart design. In the mixed design method, decision modeling method is chosen to analyze users'need and finally extension principle diagram of the various users is obtained. Conceptual model, logical model, the data preparation phase and physical model are sequentially designed in the following parts. Granularity, minimum level of synthesis of information is determined through estimating amount of system's data, weighing speed of system's feedback and maximum query detail level.Finally, the human resource occupational status cube is built through creating a multidimensional database. After analyzing the data in the cube, the result is shown in the form of reports.
