Research On Archival Information Digitalization Outsourcing

Nowadays, the phenomenon of outsouring their archival information digitalization business is becoming popular in our countries'many archival institutions. Through outsouring, archival institutions used outsourcers'forces, and resolved many problems of archival information digitalization.We survey some stitutions, in this paper, by searching documents and interview,and it introduces some stitutions about one Ministry's outsouring activites of their archival information digitalization. We hope that some other archival institutions can get lots of benefits by referencing that Ministry's stitution.The first part is a introduction, it introduces the significance of the topic and research methods, etc. The second part is summary about archival information digitalization outsourcing, this part defines archives digitalization outsourcing meaning, analysises the necessity and feasibility. the third pard analysises some situations of archival information digitalization outsourcing of the Ministry archival institution, introduces the experiences and the problems. the fourth part are some inspirations for archival information digitalization outsourcing.
