China's archival service outsourcing can be traced back to the early 1990s,In 1992,Jiande City and Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province set up an archives firm specializing in archival consulting,hosting and other services,marking the rise of China's archival business outsourcing.After more than two decades of development,along with the economic progress and the development of the archival business,the types of archive outsourcing services have also gradually become more abundant.In recent years,a new type of outsourcing business has gradually entered the field of vision:archival exhibitions Outsourcing.The archival exhibition plays an important role in the work of the archival department.It is of great significance to study the present situation of the development of archival exhibitions outsourcing for the archival department to carry out such business and improve the overall level of the archival exhibition work.The thesis is based on the above background to select topics.The thesis studies the outsourcing of archival exhibitions from both theoretical and practical aspects.Theoretically,it analyzes the concepts of archival exhibition and outsourcing,sums up the meaning of outsourcing of archival exhibitions,and analyzes the theoretical basis of outsourcing of archival exhibitions.And further explored the necessity and feasibility of outsourcing of archival exhibitions.In practice,the principles of outsourcing project management are used to shed light on the basic principles of archival exhibition outsourcing,and the process of archival exhibition outsourcing is divided into four stages:preparation stage,selection stage,implementation stage,and acceptance stage.According to the Characteristics,elaborated on the key work of each stage,and confirmed by examples.
