Reform and opening up in China for more than 30 years, the economy has maintained a rapid development level, the development of economy drives the people's material standard of living increased, and when people are enjoying the superior living conditions brought by the fruits of economic development,various kinds of diseases of " affluence " also follow, this is the consequences of a modern way of life. People start spending more and more attention to their body's health, and want to get more information about healthy kind, naturally the books on health care become an important option. In order to meet the social demands, the publishing number of books on health care increasing steadily, showing a strong growth momentum.However, with the books on health care market prospered, the competition becomes increasingly fierce, therefore, a lot of problems exposes: the lack of scientific authority; topics overlapping and following the trend; variety of structural imbalance; ideas of marketing and channel behind . These problems have affected the smooth and orderly development of the publishing industry about books on health care.More importantly, the publishing industry is a special industry, it has both economic property and social property. When Press is in the pursuit of economic benefits, they must also strengthen the building of social benefits.
