After development of computer, internet and mobile communication network, a brand new concept, internet of things, is proposed. And then it develops rapidly towards every application field with great publicity. And now, it has been regarded as another tidal wave of world information industry. Coal is one of the energy sources in our country, and plays a crucial role in national economic development. However, the security issue is very prominent for management process in China's coal mine enterprise. So, use this new technology, internet of things, to mine. And it realizes industrial automation and security detection, and so on. And it not only satisfies improvement of economic effectiveness, but also insures the security issue of productive process.But, there are still some unresolved issues for this new field at present, technology of internet of things. And along with expansion of topological structure of network, the data throughput of whole network will be permanently lower. This affects the communication quality of network, and dissatisfies the real-time of information while communicating.Aiming at above problems, the researching takes node's development of internet of things of mine as purpose. The solution to network throughput and frequency spectra resource is proposed. Part of the nodes are equipped with dual-radio, a CC2430 and a CC2431. So, this node can work at the different and orthogonal channels at the same time. It realizes not only spatial multiplexing of frequency spectra resource and reduction of interference, but also enhances the performance of network observably. In paper, it introduces the research and realization of dual-radio node system, and analyses node's performance. The result indicates that this scheme enhance the performance of network observably. Meanwhile, nodes are transplanted a operating system, Windows CE. It provides some additional functions, such as image display, which makes more powerful. At last, to the special scene of mine, nodes in the network should have location function. In paper, using a wireless module, CC2431, which embedded a location engine, and combining the improved RSSI algorithm, it estimates the distance between two nodes, and after obtaining these three distances and on the basis of location algorithm of trilateration, it obtains the positional information of node with unknown position at last.The realization of node in mine internet of things based on dual-radio, not only increase the throughout of network, but also decrease of energy loss of node, which lengthens life of whole network. So in the application of network on mine, it has better use value.
