At present,the development of industrial production tends to increase the size of machinery and operate automatedly.For this reason,lots of online and intelligent devices are used in the industrial production environment,which effectively improves industrial production efficiency.But there are also some problems.On the one hand,more and more high-risk areas such as large-scale equipment and vehicles in the factory have brought more risk factors to workers who have entered the dangerous area by mistake.On the other hand,to be able to notify all staff of the early warning information in a timely manner,a less network delay is required between the early warning equipment and the early warning server.And the early warning system also needs to be able to access a large number of early warning equipment.Therefore,to ensure the safety of personnel in the factory,this article proposed a location safety early warning solution based on IoT.Using edge computing and GPS coordinates,it ensures that personnel can obtain safety warnings in a timely and effective manner from the two aspects of the location safety early warning system architecture and regional intrusion detection.The main work and innovations of this article are as follows:(1)An edge computing-based location safety early warning system architecture is designed to provide greater capacity and lower latency for access to early warning equipment.First,this solution uses the characteristic that edge computing close to the data source.Compared with cloud-based solution,it can provide more convenient service scalability and shorter communication links.Secondly,in terms of service provider selection,this solution proposed an adaptive gateway request scheduling method in combination with the load of the server and the network link,which ensures that the requests of the early warning equipment can be responded more quickly.Finally,simulation tests of the system prototype based on microservices and scheduling method verify that the location safety early warning system architecture based on edge computing proposed in this article can accommodate a large number of devices accessing and provide less latency.(2)Designed the server-side personnel location safety early warning plan based on GPS coordinates.First of all,according to the mobility of the dangerous area in the factory,this solution divides it into a static electronic fence area and a dynamic electronic fence area.Then,combined with the GPS coordinates of the personnel provided by the GPS-enabled personnel warning device,the ray method and vector cross multiplication are used to determine whether the GPS coordinates of the personnel are in or about to enter a dangerous area?In addition,early warning is given to personnel and equipment communication intervals are appropriately adjusted to reduce equipment communication overhead.Finally,JAVA was used to develop the personnel location safety early warning platform.Administrators can view and add static electronic fences on the platform,view dynamic electronic fences added by vehicle GPS equipment,and view the current safety status of personnel with early warning equipment.At the same time,the administrator can remotely configure the communication parameters of the personnel early warning equipment and upgrade the firmware of the remote operator's early-warning equipment through the platform.
