The Online It Training System Design And Realization

In globalization today, the informatization-tide rolls up and influences every trade profoundly, the traditional education mode also faces a rigorous challenge. The progress of the Times and the impact of the Internet puts forward to the need of the dynamic IT training which based on network. Relative to other Web application, the main characteristic of the dynamic state IT training system is to need strong online presentation and convenient speech communication function.In this thesis, after brief analysis and in comparison to the commonly used various dynamic Web application development technology, it studies the current popular RIA technology, especially carries on detailed analysis and introduction to Flex, the representative of RIA. On this foundation, according to the actual situation such as personnel, time and other various resources for the dynamic IT training system development, fully utilizing Flex technical advantages, and combining the JSP/Servlet, Hibernate, Applet etc, using the Scrum (rugby team) disputed method of Agile Development, finishing the design and implementation of dynamic IT training system with online demo function in a short time and less personnel circumstance. The realization of that system completes the rich client technology and Java lightweight framework integration, and for the first time, realizes the online presentation which never needs to install additional software and bases on Web browser.This thesis focuses on how to communicate and integrate Hibernate, Flex, Servlet, Applet technology etc. with Java technology as a bridge, realize the dynamic IT training system with online demo function, and put forward some ideas and experience in its development process. The realization of the entire system is divided into several iteration to complete, the iterative includes the contents of system analysis and plannings, system framework design, online demo function design, etc.Later on, according to the development process of system and its achievement, carried on the contrast of the dynamic IT and general training system, embodied the superiority of the dynamic state IT training system. The application of the RIA technique in the project and the realization of the function of online presentation fills the blank of general training system in a certain extent. Through practice, we also summarizes that in the implementation of the projects which should be flexible application of various technology and combining project requirement and technical advantages of themselves, make the project obtain the greatest success.
