With the rapid development of economy and society, the occurrence index of wildfire has largely increased, as well as the professional skills involved in relief and rescue. During recent years, the forest fire fighting forces have upgraded their performing levels through building synthetic training facilities; transforming training methods and optimizing equipment .But there are still many restraints in tactical training due to various factors. Nowadays,the computer technology is changing fast, network and virtual techniques are being wildly used. And this subject, aiming to resolve issues in simple, degraded training methods and equipment, has developed a simulant individual training system based on virtual computing techniques and network.On the basis of analyzing traditional training, the Simulant Individual Training System is designed on virtual computing technics and network. Other technology like Dynamic Page, Database, Network Communication and Virtual-reality Technology are also applied on the system with regard to practical demands.This system consists of two contents, Theoretic Work and Simulant Drill. The Theoretic Work emphasizes on the teaching of single-soldier theory. After signing in the system, there are 3 options, including Theoretical Work, Case Study and Comprehensive Test. Theoretical Work is a multimedia teaching according to the tasks and contents set by leaders; Case Study is the analysis of related events with pictures and explanations; Comprehensive Tests are carried through papers randomly selected by computer and then automatically scored, and an evaluation of skill grade is optional. In the individual firefighting training, scenes are created jointly by simulant technics, Dynamic Stereo Sound Generating System, 3D Orientation and Direction sensing technology. All the parameters are collected and calculated by computers according to the basic procedures of fire extinguishment to work on the fire scenes, so as to reach an interaction among the man, equipment and situation. Thus the preconceived goals are achieved.To secure the recognition of identity, trainees need fingerprints to log in. In case of a power blackout and system crash down, it is designed with an auto saving function; a fake 3D from 2D technology is used to accommodate the numerous data exchange; a connection pool and asp.net joint with storage process are combined to alleviate the stress in database accessing, data stream and solving a possible peak value of the data IO.As concerning to the access security, authority is divided and fingerprint recognition and an international advanced Encryption algorithm are adopted to prevent illegal visit, oversteped operation and malicious attack. Storage and backup measures are set for the database in case.In the Introduction, we've first briefly introduced the current computer and network technology, the popularization and application of virtual technics, the training status in current fire fighting forces, achievements made by foreign counterparts in research and application and limitations in this area. We've also given an explicit introduction on the developing background, the superiority and significance of this system. Secondly, we have stated the idea and feasibility of such design, mainly focused on design and construction, structure and framework, etc. Then we emphatically analyzed some procedures in program compiling and module designing. Lastly, we've tested the focal functions of the Simulant Training System under a developing condition, experimented on the reliability, practicality and security of this technology. All the tests have shown that we achieved the preset destinations.
