Laboratory Information Management System Design And Implementation

Coming with the continuous progress of the scientific research and manufacturing technologies,the development and application of laboratory information management system(LMIS) changes the extensive and backwardness appearance of laboratory management, speeds up the laboratory's management innovation, realizes the laboratory management information.Lab information management system was introduced in detail in this paper. LIMS led to lab management automatically, at the same time, LIMS could solve different businesses and issues timely, which facilitated the management process transparently and highly effective. Innovations of LIMS in this paper included:(1)Realize the integration of management model, which is different with conventional and independent management style and really makes the management process under control by changing the model from triage treatment to controllable management. The goal of"Zero gap"management is reached.(2)A case was demonstrated base on Struts model. This system builds a reasonable and effective LIMS platform, which facilitates the lab staff handle different information orderly and effectively.LIMS involved several aspects such as background information of lab, lecture information and lab staff. It's concourse of lab technician and lab managerial staff conduct lecture, experiment research and lab management, which was the prerequisite of scientific management, decision making, reform and lecture research. Synchronously, it's an important basis for lecture quality evaluation. Therefore, LIMS was an important part of lab management, which affects the development of lab. From root, the development of LIMS will impact the R&D level, talent cultivation, social improvement.
