With the rapid development of modern economy, thousands of large construction projects going up, and now the vast majority of construction companies and construction of these projects can not have all the necessary materials and equipment. Therefore, building materials leasing industry came into being. This article does not refer to the so-called building materials required for building the body itself, steel, cement, etc., but rather a necessary course of construction, the outer frame auxiliary support systems, such as: steel, steel plate. As construction projects become increasingly complex, making the management of these rental units of building materials becomes increasingly important. Therefore, the domestic computer management system is applied gradually in this area, but over the years because the industry has not attracted widespread interest and attention, so the computer lease management system development of building materials has not been the simultaneous development of maturity in this field at home and abroad , the success of the software was virtually nonexistent.Office operations for the current needs of the field, the use of object-oriented programming based on Micosoft visual basic 6.0 development platform and MS SQLServer 2005 database, using C/S development model, object oriented programming method, to create a Windows-based environment rental of construction materials management information system. By using this system, to make lease management systematic, standardized, automated, simple, intelligent, lease management to improve efficiency.Firstly, analysis of building materials lease management information system background, significance and the main content on the traditional rental management tools and manual means of computer-aided management on the basis of comparative advantages and disadvantages of proposed use of a variety of modern computer technology , development of database technology management information system construction materials need to lease. In developing the theoretical basis of the system analysis, system requirements are analyzed in detail. Then, in the concept of system function module and database design, the detailed system design and development, and implementation of distribution system permissions, user login, system configuration, business processes, account inquiries and frequently used tools and other functions. One of the most important is service processing module, which includes the price of maintenance, material order management, settlement of three sub-modules, respectively, to different sites to manage the rental price, the management of all materials (lease contract) and the return of materials billing and other functions . The system development fully reflects the current thinking of the most popular modular, making the system function modules for the same system services, but also to maximize the independence of other modules in the system.Finally, to further improve the system where needed and shortcomings are discussed and prospects.
