Design Of Financial Leasing Management System Based On JBPM

With the development of Chinese leasin g industry, the business volumes of Tianqi Leasing Company (called Tianqi Leasing) are growing steadil y. With the expansion of marketing point throughout the country, the existed management model like distributed data management, manually generated statistical reports or artificially pushed business process is not suited for rapidly developed enterprises, and it will bring other problems like high management costs and more management miss to data management and statistics. Therefore, using the process control system based on JBPM which is integrated in Leasing Management System can decrease the management costs and improve the efficiency of business process.Firstly, it is analyzed the problems of Tianqi Leasing in business management&process management, clarified the necessary of importing Leasing Management System based on JBPM. Then it is discussed the requirements of pricing management, credit approval management and contract management, analyzed the core process of credit approval management, payment management, and rent recovery management. Base on it, an analysis about the MVC architecture and a detail design of pricing management, credit approval management and contract management are performed. The discussion is focus on the integration of process control system based on JBPM and the core business process of finance leasing, and it is also focus on the scalability, advantages and disadvantages of system.
