| At present, Chinese publishing enterprises are facing challenges from foriegen publishing enterprises, market transition and new techinique revolution. To deal with these challenges, Chinese publishing enterprises should make efforts to cultivate the core competences and promote competitive advantage in order to gain the better development. Based on the deep analysis and evaluation concering the core competences of Chinese publishing enterprises, this thesis provides the theory for improving the competitive advantage and realizes the transition of Chinese publishing enterprises from ’huge’ to ’great’.Firstly, based on the system analysis on the research about the core competences and core competence of Chinese enterprises and according to the features of Chinese enterprises and the concept and the standard on the core competence, this thesis analizes the formation mechcanism of Chinses publishing enterprises and discriminates the core resource and capability and then proposes the system concering the core competences of Chinese publishing enterprises formed by the four elements: strategy leding edge, culture renovation leding edge, the value of integration leding edge and brand leding edge.Secondly, this thesis sets up an evaluation mode on the core competences of Chinese publishing enterprises. By using the gray statistical method, the initial index on the core competences is filtered and the index concering the core compentences of Chinese publishing enterprises is established; making use of the AHP and the experts’ inquries, the evaluation index is empowered; by oprerating the fuzzy synthetic evaluation, the mode on the core competences of Chinese enterprises is set up.Thirdly, based on the evaluation mode concering the core competences,15publishing enterprises are selected as samples to make empirical analysis. Through inquries, research, interviews and network search, the thesis makes a research on the core competences of the sample enterprises and analisis on the strategy leding edge, culture renovation leding edge, the value of integration leding edge and brand leding edge.Lastly, the strategies for cultivation on the core competences of Chinese publishing enterprise are proposed. After the analisis of the competition circusatances between the Chines publishing enterprises and foreign enterprises and the comparison with the super foreign publishing enterprises, problems for Chinese publishing enterprises are revealed and suggestions are made from strategy leding edge, culture renovation leding edge, the value of integration leding edge and brand leding edge.This thesis tries to make breakthrough from4aspects:first, the evaluation mode on the core competences of Chinese publishing enterprises is able to reflect the rules on Chines publishing enterprises and their unique inner system,which promot the existed the theory on the core competence;second, the system for the core competences on Chinese publishing enterprise is able to guide the the development on the core compentences of Chinese publishing enterprises,third, the index for evaluations on the core competences of Chines publishing enterprises is proposed,which is consisted by four grade1indexs,12grade2indexs,31grade3indexs calculated by the evaluation mode on the core competences of Chinese publishing enterprises;four, strategies for the cultivation on the core competences of Chinese publishing enterprises which provide decisions for the concerned management and Chinese publishing enterprises departments are proposed. |
