Based On The Design And Implementation Of N-tier Architecture Hengdian E-exam System

In the history of foreign language teaching, teaching methods have been shifting and advancing with the developing technology. This means that new science and technology upholds and promotes foreign language teaching. With the coming of information era and the rapid advance of modern technology, especially the progress and permeation of computer technology, Testing Online Systems (TOS) are used more and more in long-distance education nowadays. Whereas most of TOS's has adopted convenvional C/S frame, which is based two-layer frame, the tradional TOS can not meet the needs of contemporary foreign language teaching and studing. Along with the arisen N-layer frame, we can and should design and programe new TOS, which is based three or more layers frame, for the reason that N-layer frame can exploit the innovative internet technoly, can let teachers and students experience more convenience.Under such circumstances of science and technology, based on the foreign language teaching practice in Hengdian College of Film & Televison,we build a net plat—CETEEN (Evaluating Examination Net) net, through programming CETSES (CET Simulating Examination System) system. A CETEEN net is the system to realize the functions that computer forms paper, students attend CET test on the net, computer revises the examination papers, computer analyses students'score, etc.The thesis highlights CETSES system form and construct, expatiate the design of the CETEEN net, how to implement, something about related developing tools and technology. In addition to that, this thesis also gives some analysis on some programming issues and some exploitation processes of modules. After the important modules of the system are tested under definite environment, it shows that systematic usability is verified.
