At present, the telecom business to business development mainly from speech to give priority to with data service is an inevitable trend, how to make full use of the existing transmission network resources, construct suitable for all kinds of business transmission of a new generation of transmission network, to meet the social from all walks of life and all kinds of business of transmission bandwidth and rate of the demand has become the urgent matter.But along with data business and 3 G mobile rapid development of business, hebei unicom branch of the existing long distance transmission network capacity has tended saturated, part of the original equipment has to use fixed number of year, already cannot satisfy the needs of the development of the business, so urgently needs to establish a suitable for all kinds of business of the high speed development of a new generation of large capacity long distance transmission platform, province nets three plane project is in the background. This project is a new technology using DWDM long distance transmission network covers the whole province, 11 cities and, after the completion of the project will greatly enhance level 2 main transmission system bandwidth supply capacity.This paper is divided into seven chapters, first introduced the research background, the origin and development of DWDM technology; Analyzed the basic principle of DWDM technology and key technology; Then from hebei branch over the Angle, in the original company on the basis of long distance transmission wavelength, the huawei OptiX OSN series of equipment, and puts forward some provinces nets three plane project of design project; And with Repeaters point baoding hub is presented in this paper in the engineering characteristics of the equipment, and referring to the WDM transmission systems engineering design standards and requirements on system performance parameters for the scientific, rigorous calculation; Finally, the engineering design and verification test. The results show that the design scheme is safe and feasible.
