The Automotive Failure Analysis And Diagnosis System Research And Application Based On Industry Chain Collaboration Platform

In recent years, with the rapid development of market economy and the growing maturity of automobile manufacturing industry information, the production efficiency of enterprise has been greatly improved, also, a higher requirements is bring up for product quality. Therefore, product quality has become one of the key factors obtaining competitive advantage for enterprise.Commercial information is more and more extensive by the rapid development of information technology, more and more data about failure information, which contains potentially useful data having a good value to enterprise, are accumulated and stored in enterprise. How to get all the changes from a great deal of failure information, find the root cause of failure by studying failure information, and seek solutions to failure problem, thereby to the effect that improving product quality and raising product competitive, have been a crucial problem which enterprise must think and resolve.This thesis takes small and medium enterprises as research object, with the help of Microsoft ASP platform, the automotive failure analysis and diagnosis system based on industry chain collaboration platform is designed. First of all, set up failure information data warehouse, by making full use of mass failure-information-related data accumulated by collaboration enterprise running on the platform in each subsystem, and show related failure information in data warehouse applying OLAP technique by various dimension of ways. Secondly, use Algorithms of Association Rule Data Mining tools to mine deeply failure information, understand the relationship between automobile type and failure part, find out parts which go wrong most easily and hidden failure source, and make data mining technique applied to failure diagnosis, so as to obtain solutions in view of failure source. At last, each function module of failure analysis and diagnosis system based on industry chain collaboration platform has been realized.
