With the large-scale increase of national investment for medical and health cause, more and more foreign enterprises of endoscope come into China's market, so now the competition has become very impetuosity. Every moment, the endoscope production enterprises are thinking about what to do to increase the service level after sale, what to do to retain old customers and compete for potential customers.Customer relation management that has emerged these years is an effective idea and tool to help with administration of enterprise management information resources. The customer relation management is a commercial tactic of enterprises; it can effectively organize enterprise resources according to the classification condition of customer, train the customer-centric management action, implement the customer-centric business process, and through these methods enhance the enterprise's earning capacity, income and customer's satisfaction degree. The data excavation and data warehouse technology have emerged these years. They can make various treatments to original operation data, change them into useful information and have the information help the enterprise to make decisions.The endoscope failure data analysis system has been designed on the basis of known management information system, using data warehouse and data excavation technology in this article. The following work is done in this article:1. This article discussed the development background of this project and introduced solved problems through establishing this system, that is to say the endoscope failure information can be precisely known and provide differential service after sale for customers.2. This article expounded on the design and achievement of data analysis system. This article advanced the requirement of the system using software engineering method and two ways of differential analysis and integrative analysis. The structure design consists of two parts, namely, physical structure and logical structure, and it determined the aim and principle of the system. The general process of data warehouse design is introduced firstly in the design stage and the data warehouse on the basis of repair analysis, failure forecast and failure endoscope utilization is established combined with the practical condition of the company, and the star model and fact table included in the three subjects are also designed. The Apriori algorithm is improved, the alignment model excavation of repair data is achieved, the deep excavation to endoscope failure data is achieved through established classified model of product failure forecast and customer response classification using ID3 algorithm, and they can be used to provide a reference for decision making.After the project is put into effect, three results are achieved: product failure detailed classification, customer value analysis, customer loss analysis.
