Navigation equipments play an important role in flying. Once navigation break down, the safety of flying will be affected. Supervisory system is an effective way of fulfilling the task of navigation.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the development of supervisory system and the practical demands, aiming at the main supervisory objects and parameters, the main functions and performances and overall scheme of supervisory system are introduced. This dissertation carries out a deep research on spot information collecting and processing in supervisory system. The principle of information collecting and processing and the realization scheme of analog, digital, switch signal collecting and processing are brought forward in term of actual situation. The particular design of equipment supervisory unit included hardware and software is put forward, emphasizing on its application scope. Then for the purpose of generalization the circuit of hardware and the flow chart of main procedure and communication procedure are given. The design scheme of regiment supervisory management centre is discussed, including hardware configuring and communication protocol and software modularization. In addition the data shared and the safety of data and network are analyzed. The scheme of data shared is discussed. Several measures which can enhance the data safety and network safety are provided.
