As computer technology advances, many government departments and enterprises increase the engine room equipment, on-site environment is becoming increasingly complex. If you want to the room environment and equipment for centralized monitoring and scientific management, a good and stable and reliable plant control system is indispensable.This thesis comes from the actual development project, introduced a low-cost but highly reliable power unmanned engine room environment monitoring system, its features and an overview of the structure. Then the two most important for the system module, the environment parameter acquisition module and the master device to start of the module.Collection of environmental parameters within the module responsible for collecting all the sensor data room. As the complexity of monitoring the scene, the role of some interference or noise in the analog signal after the A/D conversion results tend to deviate from the true value of digital filtering algorithms needed to make the conversion results close to the true value. This article analyzes eight commonly used digital filtering techniques, the proposed algorithm to improve the system requirements and in accordance with the system select the appropriate algorithm. Master device is the core of the whole project, which uses ARM-based embedded Linux system. Familiar with ARM architecture and hardware design around the basis of this paper, build cross-compiler environment, transplants U-Boot, Linux, yaffs a key step in the file system. Linux kernel drivers in understanding the framework of this process after the communication needs of the project to modify the serial driver RS232 and RS485 bus at the same time meet. Finally, the master device program will combine the use of Linux multi-process and multi-threading technology, program design and implementation process is given, also including the use of Linux kernel V4L interface to control USB camera to obtain the required MMS picture and Boa Web server migration and write CGI programs. In order to ensure the stable operation of the master program, this article gives a method of how to improve the real-time, using the View program crashes resulting from the Core file to determine where the bug of program is.The system has been a long time on-site testing, reliable stability, and achieved good results, achieving a true unattended.
