Mobile payment is with the development of electronic commerce and development, and online payments in China in 2009 reached 576.6 billion, while China Mobile's entire network to reach 10 million mobile payment users. RFID-SIM mobile payment technology as the RF technology, mobile communication technology, the product of a combination of payment technology, the development of mobile payment is bound to have far-reaching implications, for RFID-SIM mobile payment technology research it is very important.Firstly, the basic principles of RFID-SIM, RFID-SIM mobile payment platform, the overall structure of business systems and RFID-SIM's data encryption methods have been studied on the RFID-SIM mobile payment business models are analyzed, and one of the security vulnerabilities have been studied, proposed mobile payment security model, and finally through two examples of the RFID-SIM mobile phone payment technology in the engineering practice of model.Full-text consists of seven chapters. Chapter introduction outlining the background, status, objectives and significance. The second chapter introduces the RFID-SIM card is the basic principle expounded version of RFID-SIM card, compatibility, calibration, and so on. China Mobile, the third chapter, "one-card" platform, for example, analysis of the RFID-SIM mobile payment service system as a whole structure.
