RFID contactless payment technology has been widely used at home. In the meantime, mobile phone users have also exceeded 50% of the total population of our country, and the number of which still continues increasing rapidly. Therefore, the contactless mobile payment technology, which combins RFID contactless payment technology with mobile phone, will have vast development space. Because electronic purse, electronic ticketing, bus cards, bank cards and many other functions are integrated in one mobile phone, contactless mobile payment technology has greatly improved the security and convenience of daily payment. With the popularity of NFC, SIMpass, RFID-SIM and other contactless mobile payment solutions, people are going to enjoy the convenience they bring to our life.First, NFC, SIMpass and RFID-SIM contactless mobile payment solutions were introduced briefly, and the advantages and disadvantages of these solutions were discussed. Afterward, compared with NFC and SIMpass, the superiority of RFID-SIM solution was analysed in detail.Then, based on the RFID-SIM contactless mobile payment solution, whose intellectual property was owned by domestic enterprise, three non-payment applications of different scenes were designed and realized, which were mobile access control system, mobile banking security authentication system and contactless reading and writing system of flash memory. Moblie access control system was realized by adding a RFID-SIM card reader and an interconnecting device on former smart card access control system. The information in RFID-SIM card was read by the RFID-SIM card reader and sended to access control platform. Mobile banking security authentication system was achieved by using financial-level security chip in RFID-SIM card to encrypt authentication information and RF chip to exchange information. Contactless reading and writing system of flash memory was designed to read and write any starting address and any length of data in all available flash memory of RFID-SIM card's main control chip.At last, we summarized several factors that affect the compatibility of RFID-SIM card in RFID-SIM solution. Based on the result, we proposed and verified two power-reduced solution of RFID-SIM card, one of them was achieved by setting the non-working chips to sleep mode, and the other was achieved by lower the system clock of the non-working chips.
