Chinese mobile phone users increased 1.2 billion a year, reached 233 million people, as the Internet user's explosive growth, Internet applications also appear in large Numbers, the user's use custom then undergone tremendous changes, from Internet applications such as web surfing, email service to large discharge low flow business download, video service of P2P, online game development. The emergence of these applications occupies many bandwidth, lead to network service quality deterioration (packet loss rate, time delay timely delay jitter greatly increase), make part of the end-to-end QoS requirements of high voice, video, game has great influence of business. P2P applications such as flow take up a lot of circuit bandwidth resources, its brings the income and consumption of resources is not in proportion, caused the network operators incremental not income situation.The author long-term work in the Internet construction, maintenance post, through various Internet traffic monitoring comparison and thorough research, proposes using Netf low agreement Radius agreement and combining monitoring Internet users flow, and reasonable lead big flow user consumption solutions.This paper analyzes broadband users flow behavior, the feasibility and necessity of flow monitoring, put forward how through the Radius agreement, acquisition BAS and communication between each other in Radius KeepAlive, AccountingStop bags to carry traffic information and combining with the acquisition of the router in metropolitan NetStream information, analysis the direction, to traffic information such as, agreement.
