| With the increasingly fierce market competition and rising demand for customer service, the requirements of reliability and stability of the NGBOSS system are also increasing. In certain emergency scenarios, such as system upgrades, new production applications online, there are also longer times of production outage.To solve the issues above, this paper shows the solutions of building NGBOSS emergency system. The emergency system is Real-time online; it can immediately provide key services (such as Business Payment, Resumption of Payment, Customer Information Enquiry) in the event of production system breakdown or a disaster recovery. Construction of emergency system can improve company's overall ability to maintain business continuity and emergency support mechanism of NGBOSS.First, this paper introduces emergency system's planning and building requirements, including system architecture requirements and functional requirements. Then tease out the overall emergency system building needs of Hebei mobile with its own characteristics.In the third, fourth chapters,based on the overall building needs, this paper given the overall design of emergency systems, And the solution programs in detail from functional specification,business design and interface design aspects for each business function.Chapters 5 of the papers analyze the database construction of business emergency system.
