Design And Implementation Of Telecommunication Business Process Activation Based On Open Sourse SOA Framework

With the completion of the reconstruction on telecommunications in 2008, there are structural reforms among the telecom operators of China. After the reconstruction, the three operators implement the entire service operations, which mean that the future competition among the operators will be more and more intense. As the voice business development slows down, the future competition among telecom operators will mainly be in the information business field. If a telecom operator want to have a long-term advantage in the intense competition, it need to successfully transform from a channels provide to an integrated information service provider. The integrated information service is a service including traditional telecommunication businesses, IT applications, IT services, and it is an application which traditional telecommunication services will continue to merge. The transformation of telecommunication operators presents a challenge to the original IT environment and IT architecture, and how to build a new structure without affecting the original performance which supports future business development. So SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) came into being in the situation.SOA system can reuse the previous IT investments, do not need to abandon the existing system, so that the original features still remain in the original system, but also can schedule new processes and methods. While SOA makes businesses to quickly respond or lead changes, namely, "business agility". The deployment of SOA reforms the service management platform for telecom operators to achieve the transformation from traditional telecom services to integrated information services. SOA is a great weapon which helps telecom operators with solving the problem of process innovation and business innovation.In this paper, based on the research of the process of services activation of china mobile, with the study of service-oriented architecture, using many open source tools involving CXF service bus, web service, business process execution language and other common techniques , analyze,design and implement Telecommunication business process activation. Based on the analysis of China Mobile's business,processes and services,utilize the process of services activation of china mobile to stratify the service, compose the service, orchestrate the service, the ways that telecom operators integrate business processes can be showed. Based on the design and implementation of telecom business process, it is clear that SOA has a pivotal role in the innovation of telecom business.
