This thesis attempts to research on the design and implementation of the whole station business network on the basis of SOA.In recent years, the whole station network has become the focus of the technical implementation in broadcasting and television industry. With the development of computer technology and the popularity of the Internet, internetizing the radio and television equipment has been increasingly evident. TV stations at all levels in our country also have set up various types of TV station networks for TV programs production, TV broadcast, media asset management system and office network etc. After a few year's operation, there has been gradually a strong demand for information sharing and interaction, so it has been developed into a common appeal on such issues as how to achieve the interoperability of various discrete systems, overcome the phenomenon of information islands, to create efficient and flexible operational mechanisms, to provide on-demand business supporting systems to improve the program production efficiency and reduce costs.With the introduction of service-oriented architecture(SOA), new ideas and application methods have also been added into the networking process of the broadcasting industry. This thesis, at first place, introduces some technical features and operation norms of the whole station network in force based on the SOA and discusses the whole station network solution of ESB+EMB dual-bus architecture of the Broadcast and Television industry. With the practical whole station network design of Nanjing TV station, the thesis analysis the existing business process and projects a best suitable network architecture of the whole station network on the basis of the actual network situation already set up. Then it shifts its focus into a detailed analysis of the design and implementation of the main platform part under the SOA mode. By analyzing the collaboration theory of the dual-bus architecture and the migration and transmission process of the media data files, the thesis gives a detailed study on the definition and the ways of communication about interconnection between the various business network.Finally, the thesis sums up the performance and effects of the whole station network, combined with the development tendency of the NGB, some forecasts is given for the future development of the system in the end of the thesis.
