At present the account manager and the inspector of Changzhou tobacco monopoly bureau(corporation) are respectively responsible for the marketing and the checking service of the cigarette retail shop. Whether the cigarette retail shop are satisfactory depends directly on the service quality and the service level of staff-working. In the management of the routine work, the monitoring management for the staff-working is ever so difficult and important because their work is of great mobility, the tasks being flexible and the work achievements being hard to measure directly. It is the major problem to be studied and solved in this thesis in order to monitor the process and check the service results by means of the modern information technology. BlazeDS provides the approach to synchronize data between the service side and the Flex client application, simplifies RIA application data access properties, improves the achievements of data access greatly, and has the advantage of the real-time, reliability and good effect. It is based on the BlazeDS technology to improve performance and realize the effective monitoring for the service process, service performance and innovation of the network service management.First of all, On the basis of expounding the difficulties and insufficiency of traditional management methods for the mobile frontline staff in the present Changzhou tobacco monopoly bureau(corporation), it is necessary to monitor the frontline mobile service based on BlazeDS technology. Based on it, the detailed requirement analysis is made, and a discussion about the mobile service management model is performed, the detailed function of the mobile service monitor system is described as well, clear about the business processes of mobility service monitoring and service orbit playback.Then the overall system design is made by SOA architecture, and the core subsystems such as the real-time monitoring, service orbit playback and grid analysis system are designed in detail. In the meantime, great emphasis is placed on the discussion about the solution to the real-time, accuracy richness of mobile service background show, monitoring, tracking and assessment Finally the BlazeDS technology in the management of the mobile tobacco service is summarized and prospected.
