Design And Implementation Of Integrated Software Research And Development Management System Based On Flex

Software project management is conducive to transform the developer’s personal development capabilities into the enterprise development capabilities. In order to further more scientific and effective manage software project processes and resources, more comprehensive and effective service to the software development process, development of software project management system is very necessary. This thesis implements a rich internet application based on B/S architecture to manage software research and development process which relies on office automation system and metric platform, etc. The system includes account management, project management, task management, approval administration, work log management and tool library functional modules, etc. In the process of constructing the system, for the company’s internal existing relevant platform and function modules, the system makes integration and optimization through the API interface, to maintain the original business model, operation mode and not to occur on a large scale data migration and changes.This thesis firstly analyzes the development status and trend of software development management at home and abroad. On the basis of the study of CMMI, this thesis in-depth analyzes of the company’s existing software development process and its operation mechanism, and then determines the system architecture, model abstract, function module partition, etc., and for further program design. This system adopts B/S architecture model to design. The client of system uses Flex which is a high efficiency, open source framework technology based on the Flash platform, to build rich expressive Web application of RIA; The server uses the J2EE enterprise layered architecture to realize the completely object-oriented programming and improve the development speed and quality of the software; BlazeDS component realizes communication and data interaction between Flex client and Java server.Based on the above analyses and research, this thesis has designed and implemented the integrated software research and development of management system based on Flex and J2EE technology. The system realizes the software project management model, which is the "project" as the center, the "task" as the unit, farther more scientific and efficient to manage the software project development progress. The system also realizes integration and optimization of some function modules of the company’s existing platform, to avoid the trouble of crossing system and multi interface operation; In addition, it summarizes and realizes the tool library, which is used to simplify complex and mechanical duplication in the project development process. Test results show that the system runs stable and reliable and the realized functions of this system achieve the desired design requirements, which can meet the demand of the scientific management of software project development process.
