Individual information and individual digit books and reference materials is day by day rich, numerous and disorderly, quantity increases rapidly, and it need to develop a system to manager this digital books urgently, and this system can raise the management efficiency.This article has been consulting in systematically the domestic and foreign individual Digital library management related research foundation, used the UML modeling language to carry on the demand analysis to the system, then has carried on the detailed design to system's functional module, finally realized individual Digital library management system based on Win CE. This system has constructed the embedded data management platform, uses the figure UI and interface, carries on the backstage data storage by the XML document form, has solved well to Win CE environment graph programming and the serial port correspondence processing question.This system has mainly realized the user information management, the increase books information, the edition books information and deletion books information and so on. This systems operation was normal, and enhanced to the books and reference materials management level, and it brought enormous convenient for the user's collection books, the inquiry, the use materials.
