| The purpose of this study was to know current situation of the teacher knowledge management in primary and secondary school, analysis some problems and form concrete strategy,so Constructing some tools for teacher knowledge management in digital library platform.The object of this study was some teachers at 5 Experimental School in Beijing.Analyzing literature,conducting interviews, making observations and Questionnaire were the methods adopted to accomplish this study.Data collected through those methods was analysed by spss 13 and Nvivo.According to the findings of this research,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The problems of teacher knowledge management in primary and elementary school(1)Unconscious situation of knowledge management in primary and elementary school.(2)Teacher could not use more acceses to gain knowledge,aim of reading was only to improve Score.(3)Teacher knowledge was managed disorderly.(4)Teacher are not Willing to share knowledge.(5)Teacher are not good at managing tacit knowledge and willing to write reflection.2.Strategies of teacher knowledge management(1)Using some knowledge management tools,and sorting knowledge.(2)Improving the awareness of knowledge sharing.(3)Writing reflection about the educational narrative,and expressing tacit knowledge.(4)Participating some projects,and carrying out action research3.Constructing knowledge management tools in digital library(1)Using Taxonomy,to build Search engine.(2)Building some reading notes tools,to Store annotation.(3)Building some knowledge sharing tools. |
