Research On The Knowledge Organization Of Personal Digital Libraries Under P2P Environment

In recent years, as a tool of personal information and knowledge organization, personal digital libraries develop rapidly, and with the personal digital library technology and software developing, personal computer's information and knowledge has obtain better organization with a personal digital library software. However, with the explosion of information, individuals can no longer have all the information, and personal digital libraries'resource-sharing is particularly important. However, due to the personal digital library is a constantly developing new thing, among which the sharing of information and knowledge has not been solved better. The P2P technology just provides technical support for the personal digital library's resource-sharing. Now P2P technology is widely used in communication, file sharing, distributed computing, etc of network.First of all, In order to realize knowledge sharing between personal digital libraries well, this paper puts forward the concept of personal digital library virtual community based on P2P combining P2P technology, the advantages of virtual communities and knowledge sharing research of the personal digital libraries and analyzes the concepts and characteristics of virtual personal digital library communities. Then based on those it proposes a kind of design method of personal digital library virtual communities'platform under P2P environment combined with the privacy requirement personal digital libraries.Secondly, the paper analyzes the forming characteristics (knowledge characteristics, the demand preference of knowledge organization, etc.) of virtual personal digital library communities under P2P environment. Then based on those it builds up a personal digital library knowledge organization model based on Super-P2P. Finally, based on the analysis of currently available personal digital library software and knowledge organization approaches of the digital library, the paper pull the Knowledge Organization Systems (KOS) in the normal nodes (personal digital libraries) knowledge organization of this model to find a good personal digital library knowledge organization method (classification + theme + Ontology), and to better support the knowledge organization of the entire virtual community.
