With the rapid development of Radar, Computer and Missile technology, the change of electronic magnetic environment becomes more denser and complicated. The reason of the change includes alternantion and overlapping of radar pulse, new form of radar signal and Stochastic switching of radar working mode. So radar reconnaissance system must be provided with ability of auto differentiating multi-signals and separating interleaving pulse stream. At the same time radar reconnaissance system can measure signal parameters such as Carrier Frequency, Angle of Arrival, Time of Arrival, Pulse Width, Pulse Amplitude etc. So that the enemy threatening type could be matched and Threatening Grade could be EvaluatedPrecise measuring of carrier frequency and phase of receiving radar signal is the key point of the EW receiver design at many aspects such as radar signal sorting, threat identification, passive localization and guided jamming etc.Radar receiver faced electromagnetic environment is wide frequency, wide direction, wide signal parameters but mo prior information. So it is difficile for radar receiver design especially to measure signal parameters. There are many types of radar reconnaissance receiver.Among them there is type of channelized receiver which is adapted to dense electromagnetic environment because it is provide with many advantages such as high probability of interception, high sensitivity, wide simultaneous bandwidth and large dynamic range. And it has strong ability to deal with multiple signals reach at the same time. With the increasingly development of digital signal processing technology and high-speed digital circuit, it offers a possibility for analyzing radar signal accurately and in quasi real-time.
