With the rapid development of modern electronic technology, mass military radars which adopt the newest modern technology have already been ploughed into the realistic modern warfare. These facts all made the electromagnetic environment that the RCM (Radar Counter Measure) faced take a turn for a worse.In order to minimizing the threat of the radar and radar precision guided weapon to an utmost degree. SO it is a very more and more important task that how to sort the accurate signals rapidly and precisely and distinguish the signal sorting result from the complex electromagnetic environment.Because the hardware composing of microwave system belongs to the ELINT equipment and its system measure precision will have critical implication to the subsequent radar signal sorting. SO first, the paper introduces hardware composing of microwave system and key system measure algorithm. And based on analyzing the signal environment and five parameters which can be mainly used into radar signal sorting. After that, the paper focus introduction on the importance of parameter Time of arrival (TOA) and Pulse repetition interval (PRI).In order to diluting the density of pulse signal flow and enhancing the speed and accuracy of PRI parameter sorting. Firstly the paper briefly introduces three-dimensional Cluster algorithm and uses Matlab validate its accuracy. After that the paper mainly studies several the present main-stream kind of PRI parameter sorting algorithm and its flow chart. We draw a parallel between each algorithm based on simulating them by Matlab. Finally the paper designs a new sorting measure based on Cluster and CDIF algorithm to combine the sorting theory with the engineering practice, and they are all validated by testing in the microwave pilot plant.Finally, the paper introduces a type of signal processing and analyzing tool of ELINT by VxWorks5.4. We can easily analyse the PDW information of the radar pulse and validate the accuracy of radar signal sorting software.
