21 century is the century of economic globalization and knowledge, also is of Chinese national rejuvenation, but we still need to pay attention to it, because of the modern social transformation and cultural transformation, social phenomenon such as the following prominent, the cause of values of the disorder, serious belief crisis, especially for university, which is facing more severe education belief crisis, including the academic corruption, students cheating on exams frequency, the science and technology innovation ability is not strong. To this, although the academic take more enthusiastic and thorough study, university and government management department have taken some prevention and punishment, however, because of the failure to reach the macroscopic level of modern university system and main body of education reform deep faith reform, so that the effect is few. Therefore, this paper analyzes the articles of association of the modern university for university teacher's education faith from the level of further research.This paper consists of five parts. Chapter one is the introduction. It mainly relates to the topics of the background and significance, relevant literature review, research ideas and methods, and thesis structure. Chapter Two mainly states the theory about the connotation and characters of the college teacher education. It mainly analyzes the cause of the faith of college teacher education, offering theoretical basis for the after source analysis and system security. Chapter Three analyses the current situation of college teacher education faith and its source. It mainly analyses the root cause deeply from the current academic status of corruption, form of expression and so on. Chapter Four mixes the college constitution with remodeling of teacher education faith. It clarifies the basic connotation of college constitution and guiding ideology in order to guarantee the formation of college teacher education faith in institution and rebuild the system of our college teacher education faith with our country characteristics.
