Academic research as human special practice activities, its mission is promotes the society and the development of the human race through understanding and grasping the essence and the rule of thing. This is the academic research activities fundamental values, also the academic research career mission.With the further reform and opening up the competition among countries embodied directly in the science and technology developments. Technology's development cannot leave high quality research team.So to cultivate the high-quality talents become many countries' emphasis, including china. College-the best talent of education high quality bases, get the national attention. So, in recent years, China's higher education enterprise shows rapid development trend.The establishment of the college appears ceaselessly, college students team grow, and the overall university teachers' quality improve.The purpose is to seize the commanding heights in the scientific and technological competition through cultivating these high quality talent.However, currently, there are disappointing phenomenon in our universities - academic corruption. This kind of unhealthy tend is becoming increasingly fiercely, and its form is varied, which have infiltrated each link of scientific research activities and teaching activities:the plagiarism in academic papers or monographs writing; plagiarism research achievements of others; fraud,fabricate fact and forge data during the course of the research; Abuse power for personal gain, speculative reason, monopoly academic resources while declare topic and academic review; personal attack and retaliation in academic criticism etc. University's academic corruption not only pollutes the academic environment, damages the academic rules and erodes the academic staff, but also affect China's academic innovation and improvement of the academic level, waste a lot of social resources, and hind the development of science and technology. Meanwhile, academic corruption exposes lack of integrity and fair, which goes against our construction of harmonious society. Many factors cause university academic corruption. This article analyzed from two levels- internal and external reasons. From the universities itself:in college academic authorities and administrative powers crisscross unity; Academic research excess pursuit personal interests; University academic system is not science. Academic morality is lost and academic responsibility is light etc. above factors lead to academic corruption. From external level, the process of social development and transformation in which the utilitarianism, hedonism, pragmatism,individualism, political fields and the economic field corruption are also constantly penetrated into this pure land-college so that pure academic is defiled.Facing the university fiercer phenomenon of academic corruption, taking effective measures is urgent. This article in the last chapter from three aspects puts forward the counter-measures. Cognitive level:we must set up the correct academic view, the benefit view, and educational concept. The moral level:we should pay attention to academic morality and promote the academic spirit. These two aspects are connecting with our development and optimization of ideological and political education work. Finally, with the right ideological guidance, institution aspect is to reform the academic system and perfect the legal system.
