Study On Legal Way Of Preventing And Punishing University Academic Corruption

University is the palace of academic,in people’s mind,since its beginning,it is symbol of academic conscience.It works for social spiritual wealth with its truth,good and beauty,and serves for society with culture of science.People use academic research to put academic theory into practice,promoting the development of science and technology and the progress of the society as a whole.Academic and scientific and technological strength cannot develop without scholars who work furiously and study assiduously in science&research positions. So as a high-quality talent training base,colleges and universities has been attached great importance by Chinese government.Along with the deepening of the reform and opening up,our university academic career showed rapid development trend,the growing university research team,also constantly improve the overall quality and extending a new research area.However,in colleges&universities,disappointingly,all kinds of corruption appear in teaching&research activities,such as copying or plagiarizing others research results,tamper with or forge the experimental data,monopolizing of academic resources and so on.In recent years,our university academic corruption has intensified.The rampant destruction of academic rules,corrosion of academic environment,caused a large number of scientific research resources waste,influence the academic innovation and academic level of our county,severely hampered the development of science and technology and the progress of the society.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to actively exploring governance measures of academic corruption,effectively preventing and punishing academic corruption in colleges.Through analyze all kinds of academic corruption phenomenon in college,this paper grasps its essential attributes,then explore and analyze its type and concrete manifestation..And on this basis I analysis of the acadcmic corruption serious harm.The related departments have actively taken measures to contain the spread of the academic corruption,and in this paper,I analyze the current status of academic corruption governance from two aspects of moral governance and legal punishment,and the existing problems in the process of managing academic corruption,such as backword legislation,the supervision mechanism becoming a mere formality,non-transparent punishment procedures,lesser penalties.At last,in zhejiang university professor Chen Yingxu (who was zhejiang university professor) case,for example,I analyze and explore the causes and governance countermeasures of academic corruption.The analysis of the case,to some certain,can provide ideas and direction for writing this article.And then in combination with the truth of our university academic corruption,We try to improve the rule of law framework for punishing academic corruption in colleges and universities,from perfecting legislation on punishing academic corruption, improving scientific research management system, strengthen law enforcement, strengthen and perfect the judicial review and supervision mechanism.
