People of study, rely on the formal school education, it is to cannot carry the heavy responsibility, more informal learning, in order to achieve more open learning opportunities and more flexible ways of learning. Informal learning is part of lifelong learning, not informal learning forms, lifelong learning can not be achieved. The rise of informal learning promote the informal learning the birth of the universe. In an informal learning community, learners of the experience, emotion, and knowledge (especially the recessive knowledge) of sharing, to the development of the learner is very important. Informal learning community with the success of the whole within the community knowledge Shared together closely related. However, will be able to realize the sharing knowledge and experience, to play the indispensable real learners of the informal learning community development role is not much. Informal learning community of knowledge sharing model research, and has important theoretical significance and practical value.In this paper based on the informal learning with web2.0the special environment on learning community of shared characteristics are analyzed, researched Web2.0environment informal learning community in general process of sharing knowledge, knowledge sharing and the characteristics of knowledge sharing obstacles factors, such as the content, for the construction of the informal learning community, which laid the foundation of knowledge sharing model. Then according to the concrete characteristics of the network environment analysis the characteristics of the network knowledge sharing, and summarizes the impact factors and realization method means for the design of the model produced elements required. The third in combination with factor analysis refining, and on the basis of the SECI model, construct informal learning community knowledge sharing of the dynamic model. Under the network environment, through informal learning community knowledge sharing model key elements of the specific design and discussed, for Web2.0environment knowledge sharing platform design and development of more specific guidance and methods.The paper structure is as follows:The first part of main puts forward the research object, including the first chapter and the second chapter., introduced the informal learning community research status.
