With the innovation of the proposed, building the innovative country has become the world development primary aim, and the construction of an innovation-oriented country needs is the innovative talents, thus, for the cultivation of innovative talents is a special attention, higher education shoulder the responsibility of cultivating creative talents, physical education should also be involved。People's non-intelligence factor is the important factors of raising innovation ability, physical education has unique advantage in training the non-intelligence factor relative to other subjects。This article through the observation of China's sports education understand the current status quo, find that the present sports still exist serious flaw in education methods, to traditional explicit learning primarily, and still teach and improve students'sports skills, to students'psychogenic and social goals training without controlling, and there have less methods in how to cultivate students' non-intelligence factor。With the implicit learning methods into sports education, let students in sports unwittingly acquire knowledge, and with the development of the sports education, the biggest distinction with explicit learning is taking students as the main body, through the process and methods of teaching subtle cultivating student non-intelligence factor, so as to improve the students'ability to innovate。This article from the implicit learning training student non-intelligence factor of necessity and feasibility,combined with the characteristic embarks implicit learning, expounds how education through sports implicit learning method to develop,Improve the students' non-intelligence factor, provides the theory basis for the sports education, makes the contribution of fostering qualified creative talents。...
