Although the non-intelligence factor is different with the intelligence factor, but, is actually playing the huge restriction role to the intelligence factor display potency's size, takes humanity's one kind of non-rational factor, is valued people's and the widespread research in study function Vietnam. The present paper utilization literature material law, the questionnaire survey procedure, the method of inspection, the cut-and-try method and the interview law student's non-intelligence factor which brought to oneself have conducted the experimental study. The author draw an item at random 60 male students, divide into the experimental group and the control group, each group of 30 students, in the guarantee research letter and the validity in reference range's situation, launch the experimental study. The experiment mainly take improves the classroom instruction pattern as the main method, has utilized innovation teaching methods and so on situation teaching method, simulation teaching method, interactive teaching method, multimedia teaching methods in the experimental group; Uses traditional in the control group the teacher explanation, the student to study, the teacher coach pupils practice method. The experimental result indicated that the student non-intelligence factor has obtained the enormous improvement through optimized training, what adapts with this is the study period gymnastics special quality and the special technical corresponding change. This indicated that the non-intelligence factor's improvement and gymnastics teaching's result has the close relationship, the non-intelligence factor's improvement can take enhances the body military training classroom instruction effect the method.The author through summarizes in gymnastics teaching's experiment and the research: The student non-intelligence factor and the quality of teaching have the close relation. Through to the student non-intelligence factor's optimized raise, student's non-intelligence factor has had the positive positive change; Corresponding, has also obtained the very big enhancement in the gymnastics special quality and the special technical aspect result. This indicated that student's non-intelligence factor like can add the guidance friendly, the enormous promotion gymnastics teaching effect.Therefore, the author suggested that in the body military training existing condition is unable for a while in the situation which improves, body military training teacher should raise and trains student's non-intelligence factor treat as enhances gymnastics quality of teaching a method. Gymnastics teacher should act according to student's special details, adopts many kinds of ways, raises student's gymnastics interest, improves student's participation motive, lets student self-confident attending class, has sense of achievement finishing class. Provide some new mentalities for gymnastics teaching's reform and the innovation.
