Creative Implicit Theory is about experts and laypeople ' conceptions of creativity, that is to say, how they think of the creative people' psychological attributes and structure. To study the creative implicit theory of college students can prove the reality of conclusion of studies by experts, and compensate their deficiency. To take college students as the objects of study, review their view in this respect is helpful to provide theories supports and actual bases for creativity education.Based on above mentioned reasons, the study adopted the method of survey study. A 5-point level appraisal questionnaire was compiled based on pre-survey. Survey of Creative Implicit Theory of college students was carried out in terms of importance of attributes in highly creative people. The study selected at random 1000 college students, and the questionnaire survey was carried out with 917 effective questionnaires recovered. The results of descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of variance of survey data are as following:1.College students think that the attributes of high creative people are comprehensive, involving many resembles experts and general people, but there are some differences in scope, depth and the importance of specific items.2.College students think the most important attributes of highly creative people (top ten) are: flexible, imaginative, self-confident, wide-minded, optimistic, fluency, sensitive, progressive, independent and original. Their concepts are affected by traditional view of value, and show inconsistency on the independence and initiative of individual on creativeness.3. By explore factor analysis, the model of creative implicit theory for collegestudents is made up of four factors: exploration, morality, brightness and initiative. This model is four- factor intersectant structure.4. Variables as specialty and grade of college students have notable influence on view of typical personality of highly creative people.
