The society is the stage of rapid development now. The education reform of Guangdong is forefront of the country. Teachers who teach in Guangdong bear very heavy pressure because of the high hopes of education sector by society and the pressure of the teaching profession itself. The pressure is different between different teachers. The high school is a stage to determine the life for students so the teachers who teach in high school are much more stressful. Occupational stress of teachers would be produce adverse effects in psychological and physiological and action. It would be produce results effects in teacher's teaching behavior. It would be affect on the effectiveness of teachers. And it would be affect on the teacher's school or the education sector.The thesis can be divided into the following four parts:The first part is literature research, On one hand, by learning and analyzing the history, present situation, contents etc, on the foreign teachers' pressure research, this part offers theoretical. On the other hand, by combing the relative literature made by Chinese scholars and experts,this part sums up results of the teachers' pressure research.The second part is investigation research. This part mainly inspects the present situation of the high school teachers' pressure in Guangdong,and pressure-solving strategy,which not only verifies the research results of Chinese scholars and teachers,but also provides practical evidence for further study on teachers' pressure management.The third Part is management research. This Part is based on high School in Guangdong, carrying on the Practical research on teachers' Pressure management,which makes the research of great value.The fourth Part is research suggestions. It is believed that teachers' Pressure management is a system project,which in valves all kinds of efforts from society (mainly the government),schools and individual teachers.This paper can reduce the pressure for teachers who teach in high school. And it can improve the Compressive strength of teachers.
