A general conclusion is: the pressure on teachers is increasing; teachers are becoming the high-pressure groups. Although each career has the phenomenon of the existence of pressure and not all the pressure is negative, the pressure which "can not afford" will became the obstacles of effective work-life. It has serious adverse effects to people's physical, psychological and behavior. Especially when the group as a whole has the same increased burden and pressure, this issue needs attention. The pressure not only gives teachers a negative impact on themselves, but also affects their students and the entire education. In the previous studies scholars'objects are always primary and secondary school teachers whose work pressure is larger and more significant. College teachers, however, are a relatively small role. Therefore, it is urgent and necessary in the present to carry out research on work pressure of teachers in colleges and universities and make recommendations to university teachers and administrators.Chapterâ…¡gives a brief introduction to the theory of work pressure. The work stress theory of vocational teachers can be summed up as pressure source and pressure response. Work pressure which is a multi-dimensional concept works with not only a variety of pressure source, but also the personal characteristics. To study the work pressure must be specific areas; to this study, it is to explore the work pressure of Vocational teachers in Liaoning. We believe that the work pressure of the professional college teachers refers to a mental state and behavior accordingly caused by the relating incident of the vocational education activities and the work environment.Chapterâ…¢gives a detailed study on status of teachers'work pressure management in Liaoning Vocational Colleges. It carries out a quantitative analysis of teachers'work pressure management status quo of Liaoning Vocational teacher. Vocational teacher is an important component of the ranks of teachers. Their burnout phenomenon in their career has particularity compared with other teachers. The pressure that higher vocational teachers faced are not rigid pressure indicators such as graduation and ranked results, but the professional development pressure on how to update to keep up with the speed, how to achieve a better docking of theory and practice, the pressure to adapt to roles such as role conflict and role ambiguity caused by the diversity of the role of vocational teachers, the relationship pressure as teacher-student relationship, interpersonal relationship between colleagues. Teachers'burnout as a result of heavy pressure will lead recession of passion for work, negative mood increasing, the adequacy of curriculum preparation reducing, the control for the work and a sense of achievement declining. This has a negative impact not only on physical and mental health of vocational teachers, but also for the growth and development of students as well as the quality of education. In chapter IV, the Higher Colleges of Liaoning Teachers stress management and the reasons for the existing problems are analyzed. Vocational teacher stress effects are in both active and passive. The positive effects of the pressure it is appropriate to enable teachers to have a positive incentive to work up to enhance work efficiency. But once beyond the warning level, the work will enable teachers to feel the pressure of weight-bearing state, especially the pressure of long duration, will make the individual have a negative emotional state, which acts negatively to reduce or even destroy the enthusiasm of teachers and even lead to worse physical and mental disabilities. Due to historical and practical reasons, Higher education development is facing many difficulties and challenges. The formation of a number of higher vocational colleges is not long, the community's recognition of the vocational schools is not high, the relevant policies is not matching, the capital investment is too low, all these increase the community's higher vocational colleges to make the unfair evaluation of teachers and make the community's recognition of vocational teachers and evaluation lower. In Chapterâ…¤, it mainly talks about the study of the management strategies for teachers work stress in Liaoning Vocational Colleges and make the proposal feasible. Whether schools or teachers are inevitable in a certain social environment, so, if you want to solve the above problems, this perspective must base on a social standpoint and as a starting point. To establish and improve relevant policies and regulations, having the positive publicity of Higher Vocational institutions and establishing its good social image, and effectively improve the higher vocational institutions and the social status of teachers in the treatment of the economy. Higher stress management Analysis of the primary task is to effectively control the pressure of the pressure source to the source of the work itself from the work pressure that was mainly due to the work of the task, load high. Higher Institute of workload should be adjusted appropriately and improve the characteristics through the redesign work, including the type of work, difficulty, complexity and the methods needed in work and requirements and so on, this is in order to resolve the teachers work in their work intensity and the relationship between skills usage and teachers adapting, and to increase stimulation, fun and teachers job satisfaction, thereby reducing stress. Good job design can effectively reduce the work load and eliminate the pressure burnout. Organizations of teachers can be an effective incentive to improve teacher working for the control of teachers and then to improve job satisfaction, work involvement and a sense of organizational commitment, and teachers can give play to their initiative and creativity and actively ease the pressure. The general organization of teachers achieves the pressure of incentives through consultation, participation and decentralization to.The analysis of the causes of stress of vocational teachers'work in the conclusions, from which we can get that the majority of the Liaoning Higher vocational teachers when facing the pressure will have physical and mental stress reactions. If this physical and mental state cannot be adjusted in time, they may feel burnout. This kind of performance includes low efficiency, indifferent for students, depressed, personal sense of accomplishment, non-work and so on. Higher vocational teachers determine the nature of their work to be subject to occupational stress, but also the face of students, parents, leadership and other staff and under pressure from scientific research, promotion and other issues encountered by title. These factors will increase the pressure on teachers. Higher pressure on teachers has become an occupational risk of physical and mental health to vocational teachers and the teaching of significant adverse effects. Teachers have to learn to face the pressure by adopt a positive coping style which can prevent harm to their pressure. Effective response is active, that is, do not wait to face the pressure and do some beneficial work which is effective working of pressure control. Negative pressure is not inappropriate to wait for the response, not only can not solve the practical problems, the elimination of their own troubles, but will increase the pressure intensified. If the correct treatment of the pressure changes in a timely manner, the concept of active participation in the competition will continuously improve their skills. This is another more active coping style. Employment status even can be regarded as a place to effectively display their talent and prove himself an excellent opportunity to change from passive to active candidates taking parts in the competition, by conversing Su-pressure through the and take the initiative to meet the challenges and pressure to replace the original work into a positive opportunity. Organizations should be strengthened career planning, the implementation of effective career management, to create conditions for vocational teachers to have the opportunities to get a sense of accomplishment and self-fulfillment and eliminate uncertainties arising from the prospect of individual psychological pressure. Targeted at different stages of career, vocational teachers can implement different ways to ease the pressure. In the early stages of career development, organizations should guide the Higher Vocational teachers to establish the correct concept, create loyalty and a sense of mission organizations to determine the career direction and avoid personal career aspirations and the reality gap is too large. In the middle stage of career development, organizations should provide for Vocational teachers with in time growth, development and promotion opportunities and avoid the phenomenon of career plateau that is the occurrence of career stagnation. In the late stages of career development, organizations can enhance the training which is to explore ways of making work more fun and more wealth to change ways to help vocational teachers and to overcome professional pressure.
