| With the in-depth development of education and teaching reform in primary and secondary schools,the society has higher and higher requirements for education,and teachers themselves are facing greater and greater pressure.Although appropriate professional pressure helps to mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm and promote teachers’ growth.However,excessive professional pressure will affect the physical and mental health of teachers and is not conducive to the efficient development of teacher education and teaching.Therefore,as individual teachers,how to effectively manage their own professional stress has become an urgent problem in the process of teachers’ professional development.As an important force in the development of education and teaching,the study of their professional stress management is of great practical significance for education and teaching reform and teachers’ own development.Teachers’ professional pressure belongs to the internal characteristics of teachers,which needs to be explored in Teachers’ education and teaching life.Therefore,this study chooses the paradigm of case study,and selects three representative primary school backbone teachers as the research object.Through in-depth interview,participatory observation,material collection and other specific methods to obtain relevant data,and on this basis,this paper analyzes and summarizes how primary school backbone teachers effectively manage their own occupational stress under the influence of factors such as self cognition,time management,emotion management,professional ability and so on.On the other hand,the stress of three key teachers has certain characteristics,but on the other hand,they have certain professional management experience.On this basis,the researcher analyzes the common characteristics of the three backbone teachers’ occupational stress management from the perspective of teachers’ internal stress management: correct stress concept to prevent occupational stress;Positive cognitive thinking and facing professional pressure;Reasonable time management to relieve occupational pressure;Good emotional management to control occupational stress;Outstanding professional ability to deal with professional pressure and harmonious interpersonal relationship to reduce professional pressure.Through the description and analysis of the common characteristics of the three backbone teachers’ occupational stress management methods,this study puts forward six enlightenment for other teachers’ occupational stress management based on the three dimensions of teachers’ occupational stress management and from the internal self construction of teachers: face up to occupational stress and establish a correct concept of stress;Form correct cognition and establish reasonable professional expectation;Optimize time management and improve their work efficiency;Manage their own emotions and cultivate a scientific way of life;Update professional knowledge and improve personal professional ability;Establish harmonious relations and seek extensive social support. |
