Therefore, almost all of the competitive sports items, whether by power relying on the fitness class project, or with technology and flexible primarily the fitness class projects, and those with skill and tactics for the groups with characteristics of project, all increased to strength training research and value degree. In strength training content, the leg strength training occupies 50%, while in the leg training, the thigh training densely populated. Leg pertinence training facilities and training methods, more and more meticulous. Through analyzing the training methods, we find that the present thigh training still exists some problems, one is the strands of former and behind biceps muscles training imbalance, the second is flexibility poor.Purposes: Through our country athletes common strands disproportionately about former and behind biceps muscles , In this situation, before muscle group training more than biceps muscles. Through the analysis of the existing athletes'biceps muscles of strength and flexibility of research, from the human anatomy, sports physiology theory to study human muscle, according to the muscle characteristics, from the perspective of scientific training to analysis the reasonable and unreasonable places of the existing research. Puts forward new training simulators biceps muscles training methods. In order to change this situation, guiding athletes doing more reasonable training and work out the accord with special technology more scientific and more accurate biceps muscles training methods, prevent sports injury and improve performance.Methods: This article through experimentation, expert interview, the literature material law on the ocean university of China football team of 16 players for a three-month tracking test, This experiment establish the control group and the experimental group, the control group were treated by traditional methods, the experimental group using new training simulators training .Before the test measure the strength and flexibility about the athletes' physical quality and biceps muscles related ,in the three-month trial, record the athletes' biceps muscles strength and flexibility continuous ,concluded the experimental data. Finally analysis the data, concluded the test results.Conclusions; Through the experimental group and control group performance athletes data analysis, the conclusion is drawn , Group and control group of the methods used by all can improve biceps muscles strength and flexibility. Experimental significant improved. Based on the above questions, this study design a new training simulators, aiming at the biceps muscles for specific training, make not only athletes biceps muscles strength increasing. Make athletes flexibility increases a level. |
