Big primary and middle school students’ physical quality situation in our countryfrequently concern in recent years, the closely watched because of sex of whole of societyas a whole body quality degradation has been well known, because our country from thefact that in the late1970s, the one-child policy has lightened the burden of population incountries at the same time, it has brought more negative effects, it is not foreseen by policymakers.Only children spoiled and the formation of the excess nutrition habits and badhabits are adverse impact of the physical qualities to the entire society is more and moreprominent.And the deviation is ignored because our country school sports education concept, isthe school sports for the student sports habits and played an enlightenment roleconsciousness, and our education system let all the people think sports is not the behaviorof wisdom, but learning sports but also with the definite utilitarian,Middle school stage is the essential human development stage, is an important turningpoint in the physical and mental health.Pay attention to this one phase of the students’physical quality is an important part of the practice of quality education.In previousassessment of school health standards in every school "exciting"-fully qualified, butexpressed doubt, this study selected the city5middle school as the control sample, amiddle school as the experimental sample, lumbar muscles strength of girls and boys upperbody strength tests, strict standards by female sit-ups and pull-ups the boys, the results areintriguing, finally this study the following conclusions1. High school students’ physical quality can not meet the national standards for a varietyof subjective and objective reasons, but for some reason, the actual situation is, especiallythe girl’s waist abdominal muscle strength and the boy’s upper body strength is very lack.2. The waist muscles and the causes of upper body strength is very complex, both thehabits and customs, there is also the question of traditional education concept, physicaleducation is ignored, led to a serious students of all kinds of motor function degradation.3. The training method of lumbar muscles and arm muscles are diverse, through theteacher’s training plan according to the actual situation, choose training methods, trainingintensity and volume control, step by step on the training effect is remarkable.4at the same time pay attention to the healthy life habit and lifelong sports consciousness,this is the most basic guarantee, keep healthy don’t have the guarantee, so training is acastle in the air...
