In this study,we took eight students of department of chinese traditional sports in Capital Institute of Physical Education as research objects,through the steady state core strength training and non-steady state core strength training to explore the effect of strength training on the abdominal and back muscles.It is important that the research results not only for the majority of coaches,researchers and sports fans to provide reference and training parameters in the theory of core strength training,but also for the completement and enrichment the theory of strength training to provide an empirical basis.After eight weeks of system strength training,used the ISOMED 2000 Isokinetic equipment to test subjects abdominal and back muscles,and then compared and analyzed the indicators of muscle strength testing before and after the experiment,we got these following conclusions:1.Core strength training is composed of steady state core strength training and non-steady state core strength training.2.The subjects abdominal and back muscles in groupâ… andâ…¡of the peak torque to body weight, the total work to body weight and the maximum power to body weight and other related indicators with the angular velocity increase in the test showed different trends before and after the experiment.3.Non-steady state core strength training can largely improve the maximum muscle strength of abdominal muscles with a high level of training in a relatively short period of time; and stable state core strength training can largely improve the maximum muscle strength of back muscles with a low level of training in a relatively short period of time.4.Steady state core muscle strength training on the abdominal and back muscles effects are better than the non-steady state core muscle strength training in the maximum muscle strength and fast strength (including explosive); non-steady state core muscle strength training effects are better than the steady state core muscle strength training in the dynamic equilibrium capacity,abdominal and back muscles balanced and abdominal muscles endurance.5.Individual differences in subjects can be analyzed in two aspects: first, the basic quality of subjects.Second,whether or not to carry out the principle of moderate-load and distinction systemly and scientifically.
